What is the Enrollment Code Widget?
The Enrollment Code Widget is used to provide learners with an easy way to access a learning product or even a group of learning products.
The Enrollment Code is created in the admin dashboard and then provided to learners. The learner then redeems the code via the Enrollment Code Widget. The learner will have direct access to the learning product(s), bypassing the catalog and/or shopping cart.
You can add an Enrollment Code Widget to multiple pages. If you will be using enrollment codes, the widget should be added in a way that will make it easy for your learners to find it when they come to the site to redeem their code.
Note: Other Widgets can be used in combination to supplement the Enrollment Code Widget and provide more information or instruction.
Editing the Enrollment Code Widget:
- Click the
button to begin editing the Widget.
- The Instructions are automatically populated with the text, "Fill in your enrollment code and click the redeem button." You can edit this text to provide more personalized instructions to your learners.
- The Button Text defaults to "Redeem". You can edit the button text if something else would be more approprate for your learners (example: "Submit").
- Click the
button to save your changes.
