Conferences - Description

 

  1. Click "Edit" beside the name of the conference you want to modify.
  2. Click the Description tab to view and edit the conference description.
  3. Click the button to select an Icon (64 x 64) for the conference. Note: The image must be exactly 64 x 64 pixels. Accepted image formats are: gif, jpg and png. The icon serves as a graphical representation of conference.
  4. Click the button to select and upload Preview Media from your computer. After you select the video, fill in the Title and Description fields. You can also include Maximum Width and Tags.
  5. Type the Public Tags – words that are relevant to this learning product. Public tags filter catalogs for learners. Tags should answer the question "What will my learners search for to find this learning product?" (Ex: Live training; CE credit; Boston, MA)
  6. Type the Private Tags that will filter what learners see. Private tags are added like public tags, but are not visible to learners.
  7. Type the Teaser – a brief statement intended to 'tease' or 'entice' end users to view the conference.
  8. Click "" to create a full Description of the conference. To add Images, documents or Twitter Bootstrap snippets, you can add HTML code in the HTLM Editor. Click "Save" after filling in the description.
