You can specify (a) learning product(s) that must be completed before a learner starts the current learning product.
If a learner has not already completed a prerequisite, they will be prompted to enroll in and complete it before being able to begin the current learning product.
Add a Prerequisite:
- Click the
button to open the Add New Prerequisite dialogue box.
- Set the Completion Requirements
- "Accept All prior completions regardless of when they occurred" will not require the learner to complete the prerequisite again if already complete.
- "Only accept completions that were achieved" lets you specify a number of days prior to the enrollment in the current product. The learner must have completed the prerequisite learning product within that timeframe.
- Search for the prerequisite learning product by title, and then select it from the list.
- Click the
button to add the prerequisite.
- Click the button to add additional prerequisites.
- Use the Learning Product Requirement drop down to select how many prerequisites must be completed to allow access to the current product. (if there are more than one).
- To remove a prerequisite, click the
to the right of the Learning Product title.
