Dashboard

The Dashboard is your Learner Community administrator landing page where you can access all of the administrative functions of the site.

The page displays graphs that give you a picture of recent learner activity on your site. You can use this information to get a feel for how often your products are being used and/or purchased, what types of learners have been registering on your portal over the past month, or even the number of enrollment codes that have been redeemed.

You can highlight activty details when viewing the product graphs by hovering your cursor over each graph.

  • Click on the left navigation bar headings to use the administrator tools.
    • Functions on Staging include: Dashboard, Site, SocialProducts, Credits, Learners, Exclusions (only some clients), Reports, Enrollment Codes, Assignments, Experts, and Video Library.
    • Functions on Live include: Dashboard, Site, Social, Products, Learners, Exclusions (only some clients), Reports, Enrollment Codes, Assignments.
    • Note that your Admin Permissions will determine which of the above functions are available to you. If you do not have certain permissions, you may not see some of the functions in your Admin Dashboard.
  • Click a function's dropdown arow  to display multiple administrator tools within that function.
  • Each page will display "Breadcrumbs" in a gray bar at the top of the page. These Breadcrumbs display your location, in relation to the Dashboard.
  • The  button in the top right corner takes you to the Default Page on your portal. This is the end-user view of the site and gives you access to editing pages on Staging. The Home button is visible from every page in the Admin Dashboard.
  • The  button will display on each page as well. This button takes you to a specific help page for more information about the function or tool you are viewing. You are currently viewing the specific help page for the Dashboard page in the Admin Dashboard.
